Permissions, a new feature of Analytics enables administrators to control access to sensitive dashboard data within the PointFive platform. This means administrators can define view permissions on a per-dashboard basis so that only those who need the information have access to it. Permissions can be configured at the individual user level and the team level, enabling admins to easily align access with organizational roles and responsibilities.
Users can now “favorite” specific dashboards with the new Analytics - Favorites feature. By marking a dashboard as a favorite, it will automatically appear at the top of the user’s dashboard list. This will help users quickly access the most relevant insights tailored to their needs without the need to hunt through a long list of dashboards.
The new Export and Share feature enhances collaboration and information sharing with all relevant stakeholders, whether they’re using the PointFive platform or not. Users can download dashboards from the Analytics module as a PDF or share them instantly via Slack or email. This approach ensures that teams can work more efficiently and collaboratively.
